Description:
A DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) doser or supply module is a key component in modern diesel engine emission systems — specifically in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system. Its main job is to deliver precise amounts of DEF into the exhaust stream to help reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOₓ) emissions. Doser Fluid Supply Module For EPA21 15L ISX/QSX For Kenworth T680, T880, Peterbilt 579, work condition, used take-off Kenworth T880 2024

Fits For Kenworth T680, T880, Peterbilt 579
Engines: B6.7 CM2350 B121B, B6.7 CM2450 B155B, L9 CM2450 L126B, X12 CM2350 X119B, X12 CM2450 X137B, X15 CM2450 X124B, X15 CM2450 X134B

Purpose:

Draws DEF (a urea-water solution) from the tank.
Pumps and pressurizes it via the supply module.
Sends the DEF through heated lines to the dosing valve (doser).
The doser sprays DEF into the exhaust pipe, just before the SCR catalyst.
Inside the hot exhaust, DEF breaks down into ammonia (NH₃).
The ammonia reacts with NOₓ in the SCR catalyst and converts it into nitrogen and water — which are harmless.

Signs of a Bad Doser Fluid Supply Module

DEF dosing too low or too high triggers check engine lights.

Engine may enter derate mode, limiting speed or power.
Can cause failed emissions tests or poor fuel economy.
Common failure codes: SPN 4334, SPN 5246, SPN 4375, etc.
