Force Truck Parts Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All warranty coverage is provided exclusively by Force Truck Parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
2. Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 365 days or 100,000 miles of operation — whichever occurs first. Once either the time limit or the mileage limit is reached, warranty coverage automatically expires, even if the other limit has not yet been met.
3. Warranty Claim Process
• To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact us by email only at help@forcetruckparts.com.
• Warranty requests by phone are not accepted — all claims must be documented via email.
• Customers must provide order information, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or documents.
4. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
• The part must not show signs of improper installation, abuse, or modification.
• The part must not be contaminated with oil, grease, dirt, or other residues beyond normal handling.
• Protective seals, labels, or markings applied by Force Truck Parts must remain intact.
• The customer is responsible for securely packaging the part for return if inspection is required.
5. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, accidents, misuse, or external factors.
• Labor costs, towing, downtime, or other incidental or consequential damages.
• Parts returned after the warranty period has expired.
6. Remedy
If a warranty claim is approved, Force Truck Parts will, at its sole discretion, either replace the defective part or refund the original purchase price of the part.
