Refund policy

Force Truck Parts – Return & Cancellation Terms (Effective: 06.20.2025)


1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date the part is delivered. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled before shipping. To cancel your order:

  • Contact our support team immediately by calling +1 ‪(828) 233-5509‬ or emailing help@forcetruckparts.com.

  • Cancellations cannot be processed via automated systems or website forms.

  • To prevent accidental shipment, it’s important that you speak directly with an operator or receive a written confirmation from our support team.

Please note:

  • A cancellation is not automatically guaranteed and must be reviewed by our team.

  • Processing your cancellation request may take up to 1–2 business days, depending on the order status and warehouse activity.

  • If your order has already been shipped by the time your request is processed, it will need to be handled as a return (see return policy below).


3. How to Initiate a Return

All return requests must be submitted by email to: help@forcetruckparts.com
Phone requests are not accepted for returns, to ensure proper documentation and tracking.

Once your return is approved, a return label will be issued. The customer has 14 days to ship the item back after the label is sent. If the item is not shipped within 14 days, the return request will be canceled.

5. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking expenses.


6. Shipping Cost Policy

Shipping fees paid for expedited or express delivery services (e.g., Overnight, 2-Day Air) are non-refundable.


7. Return Eligibility Criteria

All returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be brand new and unused.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, exactly as received.

  • No signs of installation or use (no oil, grease, fingerprints, dirt, or tool marks).

  • All Force Truck Parts protective seals and labels must be intact.

  • The item must be properly repackaged in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding. The original manufacturer’s box is not suitable for return shipping.

  • Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will be denied.


8. Reasons for Return Denial

Returns may be denied for any of the following reasons:

  • Return was requested after the 30-day period.

  • Product was damaged, used, or installed.

  • Evidence of contamination (grease, oil, dirt, fingerprints).

  • Missing or damaged packaging.

  • Product damaged due to poor customer packaging.


9. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims will be denied if the item’s security seals or identifying labels are damaged or removed.

10. Warranty Terms

All Force Truck Parts items come with a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to specific terms and conditions.
