1) Fulfillment Times


 • We process and ship orders throughout the day until 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
 • Orders confirmed by 7:00 PM ET are generally prepared for same-day handoff to the carrier (subject to order verification and carrier pickup availability).
 • Orders placed after 7:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will ship the next business day.

2) Free Shipping Offer (Contiguous U.S. only)


 • Free ground shipping applies to orders over $100 shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
 • Not eligible for free shipping:
 • LTL/FTL freight (palletized or truckload shipments).
 • Oversized/Heavy items (see §4).
 • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO.
 • If part of your order qualifies for free shipping and part requires freight, only the parcel-eligible portion ships free.

3) Carriers & Service Levels


 • We ship via major carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) and certified freight carriers for LTL/FTL.
 • Expedited options (Next Day, 2-Day, etc.) are available at checkout or by email request; expedited charges are non-refundable (see Returns Policy).
 • Tracking information is provided once the label is created.

4) Oversized / Heavy / Freight Shipments (LTL/FTL)

Orders that exceed parcel limits (typically >150 lb, any dimension >48 in, or girth/size beyond carrier limits) will ship LTL/FTL freight and are not eligible for free shipping.
Examples (non-exhaustive) of items that usually ship freight:
 • Bumpers, hoods, cabs, doors, dashboards, fuel tanks, axle & differential assemblies, frames/rails, engine & transmission assemblies, large radiators/intercoolers, crossmembers, large exhaust after-treatment components, large sleepers, and other bulky or pallet-required parts.
Freight charges are paid by the customer. Additional services such as residential delivery, liftgate, limited-access delivery, appointment or redelivery/storage fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5) Shipping Regions


 • United States (Contiguous 48): eligible for free ground shipping on orders >$100 (except items in §4).
 • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: shipping available; customer pays actual shipping cost.
 • International: we ship to most countries not subject to U.S. sanctions. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees. Free shipping does not apply to any international destination. We comply with all applicable U.S. export controls and OFAC regulations.

6) Handling vs. Transit Time


 • Handling time is the period for order verification, picking, packing, and carrier handoff (see §1).
 • Transit time is the carrier’s delivery time after pickup and depends on service level, distance, weather, and carrier conditions. Once a package is in transit, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

7) Address Accuracy & Delivery


 • Please ensure complete and accurate shipping details. Address corrections, intercepts, or surcharges billed by the carrier will be charged to the customer.
 • Carriers may require a signature for high-value shipments at our discretion.
 • Freight (LTL/FTL) is curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged. The consignee must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

8) Inspection on Delivery & Damage Claims
 • Parcel shipments: report concealed damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, label, inner packing, and the part.
 • Freight shipments: inspect at delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the BOL/delivery receipt and take photos before signing. Notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
 • Failure to note freight damage at delivery may limit or void the carrier claim and our ability to assist.

9) Split Shipments & Backorders


 • We may split an order to speed delivery. Any backordered items will ship when available; we’ll notify you by email.

10) Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

• Orders may be subject to verification (billing/shipping match, high-value items, export checks). Verification requirements can affect same-day shipping eligibility.

11) Ineligible Items & Restrictions


 • Certain products may be hazardous or restricted for air transport (e.g., specific batteries, pressurized or chemical items). We’ll advise alternative methods when applicable.
