Signs of a Bad Electric Coolant Heater 68443445AC

 
  • No heat from the cabin
    • The heater blows cold or only slightly warm air, especially during cold weather.
    • In EVs, this is often the most noticeable symptom.
  • Slow cabin warm-up
    • The vehicle takes much longer than usual to produce warm air.
  • Warning lights or error messages
    • The check engine light (on some gasoline vehicles).

  • Diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
