Purpose of using 99199GT:

1. Engine Start and Stop Control

Signs of Bad Fuel Shutoff Solenoid 99199GT:

1. Engine Won’t Start

  • If the solenoid is stuck closed or fails to open, the fuel won’t reach the engine, preventing it from starting.

  • This is one of the most common signs of a bad solenoid.

2. Engine Stalls After Starting

  • If the solenoid is faulty, it might allow fuel to flow initially, but then cut off the fuel supply once the engine starts.

  • This will cause the engine to start and then immediately stall after a few seconds.

3. Engine Runs Rough or Inconsistently

  • A partially malfunctioning solenoid may allow too much or too little fuel to reach the engine, causing it to run rough, misfire, or idle unevenly.
