Updated October 14, 2026. These updates apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to earlier orders.
We sell to both businesses and private consumers in Europe, subject to lawful product and destination availability. Business purchases and consumer purchases can have different legal protections. Buying a truck part does not automatically make a transaction a business purchase.
1. Which terms apply?
The EU consumer provisions below apply where mandatory EU consumer law governs the transaction. They take priority over conflicting provisions in our Terms of Service, Return, Shipping, or Limited Warranty policies. More protective national rules remain applicable. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries have their own laws; this page does not replace mandatory rights in those countries.
2. Defective or nonconforming goods
Qualifying EU consumers have legal conformity protection for at least two years from delivery; national law may provide longer protection. Contact us about goods that are defective, do not match their description, or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Applicable remedies include repair or replacement and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or refund. Required remedies are provided without charge, including necessary shipping, labor, and materials, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Our voluntary 365-day/100,000-mile limited warranty is offered only for products purchased for delivery and use within the United States. No additional voluntary commercial warranty is offered for international orders placed after publication of this revision. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, and earlier orders retain the warranty promised when purchased. Statutory claims are not subject to a 30-day return limit, a 20% restocking fee, or a requirement that a defective part be unused or in its original packaging. Contact help@forcetruckparts.com for instructions before arranging a defect return so we can coordinate the required shipping.
3. Right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase
You may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. Where one order is delivered in separate deliveries, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item. Any longer period required by applicable law takes priority.
Send a clear statement of your decision to help@forcetruckparts.com or to our postal address below. You may use the optional form below, but it is not required. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient; our approval is not required for a valid statutory withdrawal. An order number helps us identify the purchase.
Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. Request return instructions promptly. Our instructions help route the shipment but do not extend or restrict statutory deadlines.
4. Withdrawal return costs and refunds
For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct return cost only if this was properly disclosed before purchase and the law allows it. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the applicable return cost must be disclosed before purchase. We will not charge an undisclosed return cost where the law places that cost on us. This is separate from a defect claim, for which we bear the necessary costs required by law.
We will reimburse payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, where the law permits. Extra delivery charges from choosing a premium service above standard delivery are not refundable under the statutory withdrawal rules.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. No flat restocking fee applies to a valid statutory withdrawal. A deduction may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning, and only where permitted by law. Opening packaging alone does not automatically remove the right to withdraw.
For an eligible change-of-mind withdrawal, arrange the return shipment and pay the direct return shipping and suitable protective packaging costs where these costs were disclosed before purchase and the law allows. Send our support team the carrier name and tracking number, or other evidence of dispatch, and retain the dispatch receipt. Pack the part securely with adequate cushioning and protection for sensitive connectors, ports, and other components.
Return the same part and its included accessories. Where permitted by law, damage attributable to inadequate return packaging or handling beyond the inspection allowed by law may result in a deduction for documented loss of value. We will explain any deduction and consider the evidence you provide. An opened package alone does not remove your statutory withdrawal right; any deduction must reflect the documented loss of value permitted by law.
We photograph each order before dispatch and retain photographs with the order record to document the part, its condition, included items, and packaging. We may compare these with return inspection photographs when investigating discrepancies or disputes. This evidence does not override mandatory rights or applicable rules on the burden of proof.
